Heartland recognizes the importance of a quality benefits package, not only to our associates, but their families as well.  The healthcare landscape is evolving, and can appear to be a minefield of options to consumers.  The Heartland Human Resources department works diligently to remain informed of legislative changes and their impact on our benefit offerings to ensure our associates and their dependents have the highest quality and most affordable options available to them.

During each Open Enrollment period—and various times throughout the plan year—Heartland organizes meetings and benefit fairs as an opportunity for our associates to educate themselves by speaking with our vendors directly.  These face-to-face question and answer sessions empower our associates to make the best decisions regarding their families’ healthcare.
