I have enjoyed working for Hibbs-Hallmark because we help people and provide them a valuable service.  I also enjoy the people that work here and their genuine interest in serving others.  Everyone is subject to having unforeseen losses at some point in their life, and we can help them survive those times.  Insurance is a complicated matter and clients need help understanding it; they want someone they can trust.

Heartland is an absolutely wonderful place to work.  All management teams/employees go out of their way to make you feel at home, and you feel as if you’ve known them for years.  A lot of companies talk about the employees/employer and how it’s one big family.  Heartland not only talks the talk, but they walk the walk when it comes to considering all employees as family.

The amount of knowledge I have gained as well as the opportunity made available to me by Heartland is beyond compare to other jobs I have held in the past.  It has been a true blessing to have the privilege to work for this organization.

As a Veteran and single mom I have very much enjoyed working for Heartland.  In the last 2 years we have converted to working from home and at the time I did not grasp what that would really do for me as I lived about an hour and ten minutes from the office.  I am able to take my daughter to and from school, have dinner cooked and ready at a normal time, as well as have lunch with her at school and attend school events.  It has been a blessing to work for a fantastic company.

I started at Heartland Security Insurance Group just before I graduated from Tyler Junior College.  During my internship, I really appreciated the professional, yet warm and family-oriented work environment throughout the office.  When my brief internship ended, I asked if I could stay and continue to work for HSIG.  I was given a part time position until I graduated, after which I was presented with a wage-competitive offer to join Heartland as a full time employee.  More than five years later, I still enjoy my time here at Heartland Security Insurance Group, and look forward to the new experiences and opportunities to come.
